About the Author
Austyn Wells, GC-C, is a spiritual medium, grief counselor, and “soul gardener” who empowers individuals to create soul-centered lives. She combines intuition and mediumship with shamanism, energy medicine, and sacred ceremony. Wells developed the Divine Spark Cards©, which assist both developing mediums and grief counselors to inspire healing conversations with their clients; as well as the Divine Insight Cards©, which assist anyone who wishes to listen to the wisdom of their soul. She is featured in the book Seeking Jordan by Matthew McKay, and in the Amazon book Trust Within by Molly Carroll. Foreword writer Matthew McKay, PhD, is a professor at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. He has authored and coauthored numerous books, including The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook, Self-Esteem, Thoughts and Feelings, When Anger Hurts, and ACT on Life Not on Anger. McKay received his PhD in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, and specializes in the cognitive behavioral treatment of anxiety and depression. I had the greatest pleasure of meeting Austyn Wells 5 years ago, shortly after my Father passed. Sitting with her was so profound, it was my Father, speaking to me and saying to me all that he couldn’t before he passed. I had had a very difficult childhood with my Father and my session was so incredibly healing for me AND I know for my Dad in spirit as well. Since then I have had the most wonderful opportunities of participating in some of Austyn's workshops. I am extremely excited that she has put into print a great deal of her teachings from her workshops. Austyn has told us that she wants people to know how accessible the Universe is and to know that there is a whole Universe inside us. This book is an amazing guide to accessing that Universe. The guided meditations presented with many of the chapters will take you on amazing journeys to meet your “teamâ€, your guide(s), and angels and even and especially your loved ones in spirit. Further, it will help you strengthen your intuition, to quiet the chatter in your mind so you may know and hear the voice of your higher self, your soul. Austyn shares with us her many years of experiences and knowledge, I highly recommend this book to all.

Soul Conversations was the first time I ever got a believable answer to what is the soul. Austyn has a disarmingly straight forward, built from the ground up thesis that is based on a rich history of mediumship experience and study of universal law. The concept of the Finite and Infinite self is so accessible and empowering it opened the door so much wider for me to what the potential of spirituality can be in my life. Up until this book, understanding the soul was like nailing Jello to a wall. Austyn was somehow able to walk me through from birth to eternity in 230 pages with a level of realizations and tools to map the journey and enjoy the ride. Clearly a scholar in the field with logically unique and explainable spiritual axioms that put the invisible path into a walkable journey of self discovery. Thank you for this book Austyn. You have completely redefined what being connected means, and on many more levels than I ever imagined.
"Soul Conversations" is a beautifully written and meaningful book that guides the reader on how to recognize, listen to, connect with, and nurture your soul. When you learn how to listen and work with your soul, you have the opportunity to make well-informed choices and improve the quality of life for yourself and your family.There are various spiritual subjects discussed in this book followed by Austyn's "Divine Spark" exercises as well as 22 guided meditations, available to download, that gives the reader the opportunity to put what you have read into practice. The exercises and meditations are very well thought out and engaging.The chapter I found most helpful to me at this particular time is Chapter 9. "Cultivating Soul-Centered Relationships." Austyn BRILLIANTLY explains the "Finite Self Triangle" (FST) and the roles we play as rescuers, victims and persecutors as well as each of the roles soul-centered counterparts, in the "Soul Centered Star" (SCS). I know this will be a chapter that I will revisit and reflect on often. I also thoroughly enjoyed the chapter on chakras. This book goes more in depth then I have ever read on the subject and I LOVE that! It is also followed by a deliciously satisfying "Waterfall Rejuvenation" meditation this is available as an audio download.One of my greatest realizations came from Austyn's inspiring statement, "All it takes is for one soul in a family to positively effect change. Once a new approach or pattern is established, the destiny of all of your family--past, present, and future--can move to the next level of evolution and expand into new possible futures. Your destiny can change depending on the choices you make and the lessons you learn." WOW!!Austyn is an enlightening and inspiring teacher and her teaching style is very down to earth, user-friendly, empowering and fun!"Soul Conversations" is a life-changing book that will bring more meaning and fulfillment into your life.
